Combines an understanding of business theory and practice with the technical and structural elements of the art markets. Relevant professional art-world practice is studied, including marketing, business communications, investment, valuation, art law and economics.
Using a close analysis of works in all media—from painting and sculpture to video and performance—as well as gallery, museum, private collection visits and extended travel, coursework provides in-depth examination of contemporary art and its markets
