Sotheby's Institute of Art-New York celebrates the achievements of the Class of 2017. The graduates have devoted themselves to intense research, field study, presentations, projects, and internships that have taken them throughout art fairs, galleries, museums, artist studios, and biennials here and abroad. Most importantly, many have formed relationships with classmates who will be their collaborators and colleagues in the global art community.

This ceremony recognizes their progress from enthusiastic students of art history and art business to the status of new members of their profession. These graduates are the new professionals who will lead our industry into an era of growth.

Congratulations to the Sotheby's Institute of Art-New York Class of 2017!

“To me, the most honest form of beauty is in the wholeness and authenticity of the creative act.”—Dominique Levy.
