We were delighted to welcome 20 leading employers and recruiters in the art and luxury worlds to our annual Sotheby’s Institute of Art-London Careers Fair at the Building Centre in Bloomsbury.
Career Fairs are designed to offer our students connections, guidance, and a chance to meet influential businesses who are in a position to hire graduates. MA students and recent Sotheby’s Institute of Art alumni had the opportunity to meet and network with hiring managers and representatives from a range of sectors within the art and luxury worlds, including auction houses, communications, digital and tech, foundations, galleries, logistics and specialised recruiters.
"We were delighted to partner with 20 leading employers from the art and luxury worlds for our annual careers fair. This year saw the successful launch of our talks programme. We heard from industry hiring experts including Sotheby’s who spoke about their Early Talent Programs and Clarendon Fine Art. It was a privilege to welcome back several alumni, now highly skilled professionals in the art and luxury worlds, who are eager to mentor and employ the next generation of Master graduates from Sotheby’s Institute of Art. Their presence and support speaks to the strength of our networks and the opportunities available to our students. We look forward to fostering these connections and continuing to support our graduates in their creative career journeys." - Diana Ewer, Sotheby’s Institute of Art, Head of Careers.
It was a pleasure to be joined by the following organisations: Almine Rech, Artlogic, ArtTactic, Association for Art History, Clarendon Fine Art, Constantine, Convelio, Crown Fine Art, Crozier, DRAW Recruitment, GalleriesNow, ILIKENETWORKING, Lacey West Art International, Pelham Communications, Roseberys, Sophie MacPherson Ltd, Sotheby’s Auction House, The Art Loss Register, The Perimeter, and Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair.
