Francesca Bellini-Joseph

Francesca Bellini-Joseph is a Colombian-born, London-based expert, collector and entrepreneur. She is a member of the TATE Executive Committee, sits on the TATE Latin American Acquisition Committee, is Co-chair of the International Council of the Maeght Foundation in the South of France, and is also a TATE Patron Ambassador. Francesca is a co-founding member of Delfina Foundation Latin American Circle in London, as well as Exhibition Patron of Gasworks. She also sponsors an artist grant at FLORA Ars + Natura, Bogotá-based residency programme run by Colombian curator José Roca. With two decades of international experience,  she is the founder of Portafolia Studio, a marketing and collaborations studio working directly with art institutions and businesses in Europe, the US and Latin America. Clients include Phillips (LDN/NYC), Kayne Griffin Corcoran (LA), Sicardi Gallery (Houston), and Flora Ars + Natura (Bogotá). A specialist in the Latin American art market, she has worked with ArtTactic and Frieze Art Fair. Bellini-Joseph has contributed to various newspapers and magazines including The Financial Times and BBC World Services. She has been online faculty at Sotheby's Institute of Art since 2014. She holds an MA in Art Business (Distinction) from Sotheby’s Institute of Art-London and a BA in Fine Arts from La Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá.
