Francesca Danzi is a customer experience and retail transformation executive with over 20 years of experience with international brands including Chanel, Burberry and Tory Burch and a consultant for Deloitte Digital and Danzi Consulting. She is recognized for her expertise in leveraging data and technology to drive innovation and design human-centered experiences in fashion and luxury brands. Danzi has advised and mentored start-ups for the past decade and holds an expert role at the New York Fashion Tech Lab. Currently she heads up the Brand and Customer division at Proximity Insight, a retail super-app and holds the role of Experience and Strategy designer with Shifton, a studio for social innovation based in Milan. She holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Communications from Sapienza Universitá di Roma and a Master’s Degree in Business for Luxury Goods, from Istituto Europeo di Design. She has lectured at Regent’s University London and Sotheby’s Institute of Art.
