Ivonna Young brings a wealth of experience in luxury, fashion, and lifestyle marketing, blending strategic expertise with a passion for mentorship and education. Coming from New Brunswick, NJ, Ivonna has evolved into one of today’s most impactful marketing leaders.

With a BBA in Marketing from LIM College and an MBA in Marketing from NJCU, Ivonna has held key leadership roles at top-tier luxury, fashion, and lifestyle brands, including Marimekko, Diane von Furstenberg, and 2(X)IST. Her hands-on approach has driven measurable success, such as a +114% increase in sales and +78% in traffic at Marimekko, and a 35% boost in content production with a 50% decrease in costs at 2(X)IST.

In her current role as Founder and Fractional CMO at The Lavender Agency, Ivonna partners with luxury, fashion, and lifestyle brands to achieve rapid, sustainable growth through innovative marketing strategies. She designs tailored marketing plans that align with both short-term and long-term business objectives, empowering teams to execute with confidence.
