Noah Horowitz is an art historian and expert on the international art market. He is the author of Art of the Deal: Contemporary Art in a Global Financial Market (Princeton University Press, 2011), and has contributed to publications for The Serpentine Gallery, London, the Astrup Fearnley Museum of Modern Art in Oslo, and the United Kingdom's Intellectual Property Office. His writings and interviews on contemporary art and economics have appeared in The New York Times, The Observer, Das Handelsblatt and ArtTactic. Formerly the Director of the VIP Art Fair, the first-ever online art fair, and Managing Director of The Armory Show, Horowitz is now Director of Art Basel Americas.
