New York MA Welcome Reception at the New Museum

In September, Sotheby’s Institute of Art-New York welcomed MA students with a cocktail reception hosted by Christine Kuan, Director/CEO, and faculty at the New Museum’s Sky Room. Amid the breathtaking city views, and in one of NYC’s most important contemporary art museums, members of the Institute’s community made new friends and reconnected with classmates and faculty while listening to the musical stylings of DJ Stargazer. As the first major event of the academic year, the evening kicked off what is sure to be an excellent season for our future art market leaders and cultural stewards.
