Julia Henderson has spent 20 years in senior positions within large recruitment and staffing businesses, including as the CEO of Recruitment Solutions Group. She founded DRAW Recruitment, a market-leading recruitment agency specialising in arts jobs and sourcing talent for the fine art, antiques, auction and luxury markets sector in 2016, together with Nina Langford. They were quickly able to build up a loyal client base and today have an expansive network all over the international art world.

Having completed a BA in Art History at the University of Texas in Austin and a MA in Contemporary Art at Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London, American-born Lacey West then spent five years managing commercial galleries in London, including a small Contemporary gallery in Notting Hill as well as a large Modern Art gallery in Mayfair. In 2010, she set up Lacey West Art International (LWAI) to offer a professional recruitment service to employees and employers in the global art community.

This live online course is delivered with live-streamed lectures featuring group discussion and Q&A. All live sessions are also recorded and available on the course platform typically within 24-48 hours for participants unable to attend the posted times.
