This contribution will help advance our shared mission to nurture the next generation of diverse leaders in the art world. The OmenaArt Foundation is committed to fostering intercultural dialogue, supporting artists, and promoting contemporary art from Eastern Europe and Africa, with a focus on education and artistic exchange.

We extend our sincere thanks to the OmenaArt Foundation for their generous support, which enables us to continue providing meaningful opportunities for emerging voices in the art and culture sectors.

The Cultural Leaders Program offers fully-funded scholarships across one of the Institute’s prestigious one-year, full-time Master’s programs: the MA in Contemporary Art, MA in Art Business, and MA in Historic Art and Design. The program allows these promising young professionals from diverse backgrounds with leadership potential to study full-time and receive a generous bursary for their living expenses, along with a program of professional and personal support and mentorship to help them thrive during their studies and beyond.

About OmenaArt Foundation

OmenaArt Foundation is a pioneer in implementing unconventional artistic projects in Poland and around the world. Its mission is to foster intercultural dialogue, support artists, and promote contemporary art from Eastern Europe and Africa, with a particular focus on art in public spaces. The foundation is also actively involved in the revitalization of historic buildings, as well as conservation and educational projects. The foundation coordinates the TOP CHARITY Auction – one of the most important philanthropic events in Europe. Over the span of four years, the auction has raised more than €34 million. These funds have supported the charitable efforts of the Omenaa Foundation, Rafał Brzoska Foundation, and the Philanthropic Consortium, as well as OmenaArt Foundation’s projects that support artists and cultural institutions.

About the Cultural Leaders Program

The Culture& and Sotheby’s Institute of Art Cultural Leaders Program marks a significant milestone in the educational model of both organisations. It stems from their mutual awareness of how much more needs to be done to support people from diverse backgrounds to take their rightful place in the art world. The program draws on the shared belief of the power of education to change and enhance lives. Culture& and Sotheby’s Institute of Art are committed to unleashing the wealth of talent that often lies untapped because of social, cultural and economic obstacles which remain embedded in our society at many levels.
