Online Certificate in Art Business

Learn on your own schedule with a fully self-paced, online program that will provide a comprehensive foundation and advanced study of the art business landscape. The program is broken up into 2 distinct courses where participants earn badges upon completion of Foundations in Art Business and Advanced Topics in Art Business. To earn the full Art Business certification participants must complete both courses as well as a final project.

Options for enrolling in the full Certificate package as well as the separate courses are available.

How It Works

Your course takes place entirely online in Sotheby’s Institute’s learning platform where you will have access to a variety of materials for each week’s lessons, such as lectures, readings, discussion boards, and assessments with instructor feedback. Courses can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are designed without scheduled live-sessions.
