For the 2026 Careers Fair, Sotheby’s Institute of Art welcomed over 30 leading industry employers and recruiters from across the art and luxury sectors to meet with our current MA students.

Hosted in Bloomsbury, London, the Careers Fair offers students the chance to explore career options, learn about the arts and luxury markets, and build their professional networks ahead of graduation.

It was a pleasure to be joined by the following organizations for our most recent edition: Artlogic, ARTSVP, The Packengers, NXT GEN, South Kensington Books, Sotheby’s Auction House, Lacey West Art International, Lund Humphries, Together Group, Forum Auctions, DRAW Recruitment, Chiswick Auctions, Soho Works, Artiq, Treasure House Fair, ArtTactic, Frieze, Elite Associates, Crown Fine Art, Articheck, Clarendon, IMPRINT, Association for Art History, Association of Women Art Dealers, Waddington Custot, Art in Offices, Sworders, Gander & White, EBISS, ArtAML™, and Palette.

The 2026 participating companies represent the breadth of career options in art and luxury spanning auction houses, galleries, art fairs, art tech, logistics, luxury brand management, luxury retail, membership programs, and much more.

The Careers Fair also offered a stacked program of talks led by industry experts offering practical advice on how to break into the market as an early-career professional. Hosted by author and podcast host Alexandra Steinacker-Clark, recordings of the talks program are now available to stream here:
