Christie Sclater

With 15+ years of experience in global marketing, strategy, innovation, and communications, Christie Sclater drives value for the world’s leading brands. A dynamic and purpose-driven executive, Christie employs her robust skillset to both set vision and implement strategy. In her current role as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Clinique, Christie is responsible for translating the brand’s 55+ year equity in dermatologist guided solutions that are allergy tested and 100% fragrance free into breakthrough product concepts, innovations, and campaigns.

Previously, Christie was Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at the Estée Lauder Companies working to build and drive strategies across a variety of luxury and prestige beauty brands including La Mer, Bobbi Brown, TOM FORD BEAUTY, Balmain Beauty, MAC, Origins, AVEDA, Bumble and bumble, Dr.Jart+, and Clinique. She also served as Chief of Staff for the Executive Group President. Before moving into beauty at the Estée Lauder Companies, Christie worked at Apple leading a senior-level strategy and innovation team to spearhead new initiatives for Apple’s Retail group.

Prior to earning her Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Christie received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Christie and her husband live in the New York City area with their two children.
