Faculty Profile

Eugenio Re Rebaudengo

Guest Speaker, Art Business Certificate

Eugenio Re Rebaudengo is an entrepreneur, art collector, and founder of Artuner, with over fifteen years of experience in the contemporary art world. Born in Torino into a family of collectors, he was immersed in contemporary art from a young age, accompanying curators and visiting artists’ studios worldwide. His early exposure naturally evolved into a deep professional commitment: in 2008 he joined the Board of Directors of the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, where he has since played an active role in shaping the collection and supporting exhibitions by a new generation of artists.

After receiving an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics, Re Rebaudengo founded Artuner in 2013 as an innovative platform combining curated online exhibitions with an ambitious international programme. Over the past decade, he has organised more than fifty exhibitions worldwide, championing emerging and mid-career artists and helping to foster their professional growth. His vision for Artuner reflects his broader commitment to accessibility, connoisseurship, and artist development.

As a collector, Re Rebaudengo is recognised for his forward-looking approach, often acquiring works by artists early in their careers—among them Michael Armitage, Avery Singer, Josh Kline, Sanya Kantarovsky, Danielle McKinney, Mohammed Sami and Eva Helene Pade. His contributions have been acknowledged by Apollo’s “40 Under 40 Global” and ArtNews’ “50 Collectors to Watch.” In addition to his work with the Fondazione and Artuner, he has served on committees including the Tate Young Patrons Ambassador Committee and the Whitechapel First Futures Committee, reinforcing his dedication to supporting contemporary art on an international scale.
